Stamper provides an app to practice the languages you are learning by reading and writing letters that get created and corrected by AI. We include paid services to improve the experience with extra features. The service is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial use.

4. User Accounts

Users can create an account on the app and link their accounts to their social media accounts. Children under 13 cannot use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Subscriptions

We offer a subscription service that can renew automatically, monthly and yearly. Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds are handled by the Appstore or Play Store, depending on the user's device. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings through your account settings on the respective platform.

6. Payments and Billing

Payments will be handled by Google’s PlayStore, Apple’s Appstore, or Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the app. You agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Cancellation of the subscription can be done by logging on to the app or through the AppleStore or PlayStore, depending on the user's device. Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the policies of the Appstore or Play Store. Please refer to their respective policies for more information.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using the services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services, and from selling or otherwise transferring their profile. Additionally, users must not:

Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the service.
